Well had to replace the old beast with a new one so got to change the sig. Picked up a 87 F-250 4X4 for $2000.00 yesterday. She's a cold blood beast with a diesel but I'll fix the glolw plugs today and all will be right with the world again.

Yea we survived, but my poor truck didn't 
, as it heads to the great Ford Truck park on the other side we bid a fond adue and pray that the replacement will serve with as much grace and dignity. NOW LET'S SMOKE EM. This isn't my first Diesel. Already looking at how to make this one do what I want it to do and finding good uses for the insurace check when it comes, tires, a winch, add a turbo???? Christmas kind of started bad but actually ended on a good note as the wife and I had to go get the son from CA Department of Corrections, but we were able to do somthing for someone else while we were down there and it all worked out. Got till about the 7th then I got a job down in CA by Frisco then if things calm back down I go to Pakistan the 21st.

Pakistan?!?!?! Are you crazy?!?!? Do you know what those silly people do to each other over there??? Wow!! And they say I have guts for climbing the towers and going out on the nacelles, but at least I'm not surrounded by crazies!!! Good luck and I hope you make it back in one piece!! Keep us posted!!

They keep telling me that I'm nutts, I liked going out to the hubs in Minnisota in November and December in the snow and Ice. This'll be my second trip since 9-11. And I get to go back to Nigeria this year also. I know how to keep my head down. I'll be OK.

I love going out on them too!! Took my daughter to work with me a couple weeks ago, and now she's addicted too!! She goes to work with me every chance she gets!! They have said they will offer her a job in the spring after she graduates!! Whoo Hoo!! Two "Tower Junkies" in the family!!!

Love the picture. I kind of miss doing that and I lost a butt load of weight doing it, best aerobic workout I know of. Got to where I could do it without stopping and do 3 to 4 a day on the80 meter towers.

I've done 4 in one day, but I still had to stop and rest at least twice in each section. Two is no problem, but the third and fourth just kill me!! Wish I had gotten this job back when I was in my 20's!!! Ha! Ha!!
