I'll contribute my $0.02. As a former resident of California due to Uncle Sugars Canoe Club I have a serious dislike of the land of fruits and nuts. When I was on my way to work some clown decided I wasn't going fast enough and as he finally pulled around me he decided to point a gun at me. I called with a discription of the car, license plate number and discription of the driver and passanger and the CHP said untill 2 more reports came in they would do nothing. Imagine that.
