Thumbs up Took Delivery of my new 2008!!!!!!

Well, I took delivery last night of my new 2008. All I can say is what an improvement over my 2005!! Already have the Line X done and it goes in next week for Firestone Airbags, and installition of an 18K Signature Series Fifth wheel hitch, and then to the local Leer dealership to put on my ordered Browning Edition Topper and Bed rug liner as well. This all is working out perfectily because Next Friday I am taking the family to South Dakota for a Buffalo hunt for a week. I figure this would be an excellent break in trip for the truck. I'll post pictures when I return from my hunt. (Sorry for the spelling I'm in a bit of a hurry this morning)

Jeff

Only in the summer for camping. That's when the topper gets stored and the pulling begins.

You prob. should put atleast 500 miles on the truck before you Tow anything,,,I think they state that in the manual ?

Not towing until next year (spring/summer) just going on a trip to South Dakota to hunt. However, thanks for the input.

Talking

Congrats on new truck. I towed my trailer with my truck at the dealer to see if it would pull my trailer with out swaying problems and put on it 40 or 50 miles on it, did that before i even drove it off the lot! Then put 440 miles on it about 2 weeks later and haven't had any problems so far. Assume truck.
