Unhook battery and leave it unhooked for about 1/2 hour, mount the TPS in place, plug the TPS in, hook up battery, make sure that the signal wire reads 0.95-0.99 after installation with the throttle closed and key-on-engine-off. If not within that range, adjust as needed.
Side note..............removal and installtion of the TB is also required.
