Thanks again for the help. Truck is up and running strong again. If it doesn't work, I dont make any money (like a lot of us) so this is good to be running.

You are very welcome, If you had been a whole lot closer I could have given you all the parts as I have a spare fuel bowl in my shop, and I read the INT part numbers off the bag that has been riding around in my console for a few months, (I too only needed one of those little black bushings, and still have all the rest of them)

Quick question on this, is that the inlet/low pressure side ? Just wanted to be sure.
It must be.

That is the low/almost no pressure return line that is connected to the fuel pressure regulator. That is where excess pressure from the stock fuel bowl is returned to your tank IOT preserve pump life and keep things moving.
