throttle position sensor

I just bought a 1995 F150 2WD LWB with a 302 auto and does anybody know of an easy way to change the TPS on this thing. I looked at it and it looks like a pain in the *** to get to even with a short screwdriver underneath the throttle body. Thanks for the help

While on the TPS subject, have a quetion.. Is it possible for the TPS to be the cause of the dreaded detonation????!!!

Don't bother with a TB spacer for an EFI they don't seem to do much by most reports. A faulty TPS will cause all kinds of problems since the computer relies on it (and other sensors) to adjust fuel and timing. Yes it could cause pinging and detonation.

I second that Rikard on both accounts....you could buy the spacer for a paperweight...but that's an expensive paperweight.....Luck
