i have a question about throttle body's my bronco doesn't seem to be getting full throttle i just replaced the whole throttle cable with a brand new one and it hasn't changed i looked at the throttle body while my friend pressed on the gas the butterfly only opened about 50% i thought the butterfly was supposed to be completly straight
When the pedal is to the floor, the butterfly should be completely open. Is the pedal on the floor at the end of it's travel? Is there excessive slack in the cable when there's no pressure on the pedal?
the pedal was completely to the floor when i looked and it was only open like i said about 50% of the way there isnt any slack on the cable but i can lift up the pedal alittle bit
