I got a 94 powerstroke that i cant get running right. The person i got it from drove it for 12 hours and no problems then when i got it I had to put new seals on the injectors but then i got no start, so i finially put a cam sensor in it then got it to start but needs a shot of starting fluid sometimes i have to keep spraying it then finally runs on its own. It has a rough idle when its cold then it keeps stalling on its own but when i put it to the floor the rpms only go to about 2500 then pauses then finially kicks in, and i have very little heat i think the thermostats bad, in the proccess on that. any comments would really help times a factor
Don't use starting fluid it is very hard on our motors. Check to see if your hpor is full of oil. You more than likly have air is the hight pressure oil system that fire the injectors.
your EBPV may be keeping you from revving up and might not be related to the no-start problem
Pretty certain it sounds like you are not getting enough fuel into the cylinders. Fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel screen all need to be verified.
And dittos in the no-heat thing as well. Een with a chip with a high idle setting and a 203* thermostat you would be lucky to have a warm heater on a cold morning.

Welcome to FTE,,,Check the glow plug system & the GPR especially... Make sure the oil is full,, wouldn't hurt to change to a lighter grade 5-10w,,,Is this for sure a PS,, 94.5 with a standard trans?...
Have your driven the truck at all since doing the injector o-rings? if not you need to go out and flog it for 20 miles or so to work the air out of the system
ive changed the fuel pump and filter and the HPOP is good, fuel pressures good and ive driven it about 20 miles after changing the injector o rings but still no luck
