can i run a straight pipe out the back with out hurting the engine(7.3) it is a 2000 f-350 stock ,

no alot of people run 4in straight pipe. gets loud tho.

Welcome to FTE. Backpressure is your enemy when you are dealing with post-turbo exhaust pipe. It works the best with the higher pressure difference as you can get. Alot of backpressure driving the turbine wheel, a place with low pressure for it go once it passes through the wheel. Hack that damn thing off.
