It's so nice to see that we do not have a seperate justice system for the rich and famous.
Even though she's appealing I smell a little jail time for ol martha.
Gee, when's the new jailhouse collection coming out? Look for it in the next issue of Living
Ding dong the witch is going to jail, to jail....... under federal guide lines time is 1 to 3 , no parole, which means 18 months that she will serve, stock prices started at 14.03 yesterday, after the verdit. it ended at $10.40. she lost a half a billion dollars in less than
24hours!!
On a more serious note, I'm not saying that someone should not be punished when they have done wrong, but honestly, do you really think that Martha is a threat to society? Our prisons are so overcrowded now and they are allowing child molesters to run free for this reason. Do you really think that it is necessary to put her in prison. Is that the punishment fitting for the crime? Just curious what ya'll think.

Cold blooded, the stock market has rules.......for all of us. Rich or poor
think about this , you work for 20yrs, invest wisely, for retirement, it turns out it was scam, you've done your twenty, got the gold watch, and now you wearing a uniform that says mickiy D's on it , saying would you like to supersize that order?

I can assure you that if you were one of the unfortunate stockholders of En-clone that lost their investment while reading about the privileged few at the top that cashed out early because they knew what was coming, you'd be pushing for "bunk beds" in prison to hold more people like that. After the Enron, Tyco, and other stock market crimes of the last few years, I think American investors have had enough.
En-clone, Enron, the list goes on, it is time to make this type of crime pay. Stockholders have been raked over the coals for some time now. If it is to stop......then it must be punished.
Well it is nice to see the rich and snooty get it besides us hard working folks. Goes to show that the feds dont mess around. I think she will have a real hard time in prison. Do you think she will learn to be honest or do you think she will lie the rest of her life? While she is out of jail for now do you think she will stay drunk on cooking wine? After all she is no different than us when it comes to the law. And I hope that the goverment takes care of the enron 2x worse than Martha.
