Exact Size of Bed Bolts

As I started restoring my 94 F-150 early this year one of the first things i did was removing the bed. I measured the bed bolts an throwed them away as they were broken or totally rusted.
Now more than half year later i was ready to put the truck back together. I was looking for that piece of paper i wrote the bolt sizes on, but cannot find it .
So has anyone the exact sizes of all bed bolts for a 1994 Log Bed ?

Thank you
Robert

I cannot find the right bolts on LMC-Truck. The only thing i found was a bed bolt kit for the models from 80-86. Are they the same for my 94?

This is a picture of a used set from ebay that i missed to bid on

it shows how they look on my truck. Do you think the ones from LMC are the same ?
Thank you
Robert

Bed bolts from Ford after 1982 are metric. There are no sizes given in the parts catalogs. Only metric hardware part numbers are shown. For example: N606325-S. To determine the bolt size, you'll need to visit the dealer, because they are the only source for the metric part number cross reference to bolt length/thread size.

OR.....

Have you checked with any of our FTE sponsors? There are 6 FTE sponsors that sell parts for your truck. The links are on this page, free catalogs are available online: National Parts Depot; Mac's; Auto-Krafters. MAR-K; and Blue Oval Truck Parts. In addition, FTE sponsor Mike's Truck Salvage will have bed bolts.

Yes, i tried all companys i have dealed with yet to look if the bolts are available. No one hase them.
I even tried to get them from Ford Germany. Ford wants more then 250 US$ over here in germany !! That makes no sense.

But Thank you for the tip with Mike's Truck Salvage. I have just sent a mail. Hopefully they can help.

You have no idea how difficult it is to drive an american car here in germany. No Parts, No Mechanics that know the cars and V8 engines. Fuel prices at levels you could not imagine. But i love those cars. The 94 is my 3rd Truck after a 84 F-150 and 90 F-250 that was sold in th middle of this year.

Greetings
Robert

You might try FTE sponsor Green Sales in Cincinnati, Ohio. Green sells Ford obsolete parts, and has a help line for researching part numbers.

You can reach their research line by email or phone: greensalescompany.com Here's their phone number in the US: 513-731-3304

>>> There are two Ford Dealers Parts Department sponsors here: Direct Ford Parts (Gaudin Ford-Las Vegas NV) and y2kford parts (Millennium Ford-Seattle). Their links are on the forum main page...you may have to refresh to see the links. <<<

Yes, it can be difficult to get US parts in Germany.

Just think how hard it is for us to get parts for a Borgward or an NSU Prinz. Both were once sold in the US.

Last time I saw any, they were in the Speyer Transportation Museum.

I've driven all over Germany, several times...from Dresden to Trier to Bremerhaven to Berlin.

Do you know anyone that's stationed at Ramstein AFB?

You could ask them where they get their American cars repaired.
