In addition to my recent fuel leak, transmission problems, I was able to meet a fella who had a scanner that would read my truck. The following list is what the scanner pulled:
I think:
IAT is Intake Air Temperature
ICP is Injector Control Pressure
the other two, I'm not sure what they mean, but...the Exhaust Pressure Control Valve is where I'm thinking the MPG problem is coming from.
If the EPCV is like a back-pressure valve, and it's malfunctioning, it could be causing a high back-pressure condition causing the engine to work harder than it really should.
Don't get me wrong. Everything you listed needs to be corrected, but you might start with the P0476 code problem.
Yup, at some point in time I cracked the connector on top of the ICP dang near in half. Put a new one on from International. Most problems have cleared up including the rough shifting tranny.
