now, im no rocket scientist, but on the passanger side valve cover on my 03 on an origional international orange sticker, it states year built, 2002, hp, 250 and torque 525, these are all at the flywheel, but never the less, and as i read before, they only dyno a new year if they changed the set up, but my 02 motor is in my 03 truck. now, for conversation sake, was there an actual 03 7.3 powerstroke produced by international, i would probably doubt it since they were building the new 6.0 at the time and probably just used all the 7.3s that were on order from the previous contract with international. MAYBE.
