The wheel width will be stamped onto the outside wheel rim if the wheels are factory stock metal wheels And the height of the wheel should also be stamped on the outside of the wheel-as is the date it was manufactured.
My official Ford 1992 Light duty Specification book states that the stock standard wheel size is 16x6K inch wide for F250s.
If it is necessary to know the bolt lug pattern-the Ford dealer or tire/wheel dealer will be able to help. Discount Tire has a good website for finding out the lug pattern if I remember correctly.
