Well I'm upset, Passenger side head off. Block doesn't look cracked. Headgasket looks good. Having the head checked Monday, no visible cracks. Exhaust port on cylinder one looks wet(whether oil or water i can't really tell). If the head is good, what's the chances I have a injector sleeve bad? Would an injector sleeve allow coolant into the combustion chamber?

Yes, but not outside the block, per your original description.
While you might have a bad sleeve on #1, that doesn't explain the coolant running down the outside of the block unless there is a leak in the exhaust manifold and/or exhaust pressure sensor tubing.
Well bummer, head shop won't be able to look at the head until Monday. I still don't know what's wrong with my truck.
*I visually inspected the block around the freeze plug, above the starter, no apparent cracks. Head visual inspection looks okay.
*I have a picture of my down pipe, it looks like it has sut/water coming on the outside of it, it has looked like this a while before all of my symptoms.
*I also pumped about 3 gallon of fuel out of my tank, no water or debris. Recently changed the fuel filter.
*Oil level was good, oil looks decent
*I was losing water, still undetermined where in the world it was coming from or going.
*Rough running, nasty starts with puff of white real smelly smoke.
* Come to the conclusion my injector cups are fine because there was no fuel in my coolant.
* all of the cylinders look okay for higher mileage motor, I know on gas engines a bad head gasket would usually steam clean a cylinder but all look as sutty as usual.
* I really pre-emptively removed my head without a compression test or pressureizing the coolant system. I feel really stupid in hindsight, I "supposively know allot about cars"
*Biggest duh of all, usually overheating is indicative of a bad headgasket, my coolant temperatures didnt get out of the ordinary.
I can tell you right now that you are going to have to pull that engine and get it rebuilt. Even with the bad focus I can see that #7 cylinder is scored and you'll end up with too much blow by and loss of compression if you try and put this thing back together. It might have run ok before, but that water damage is unmistakable.
I agree with kwik because i just got done with one that the same cylinder looked like that due to a cracked cylinder wall causing antifreeze getting in the chamber.
Well, I'm just going to put the head back on with a new gasket. I know where a freshly rebuilt 97 powerstroke engine is I may try to get it. Twin City Machine Shop in Bristol VA said for 40 Bucks my head checked out good. If it still does it I'm going to run a pressure check on all cylinders
