Hey guys, Well I have a slight problem with my 85 reg cab long bed 4x4 4spd slip-yoke in transfercase. Ok, so what the problem is, is that I was climbing up a rock legde with it, and I caught the egde of the legde with the center of the driveshaft. So, basically it got cut in half but I can't get good measurement to find a replacement. If anyone could tell me how long it needs to be end to end of the u-joint yokes. It would be a huge help. thanks

 

You can't find your wheelbase and transfer case style truck in the junkyard?

I went to www.car-part.com and plugged in a 1985 f150, and Pennsylvania. There are over 50 types of driveshafts you can select, and I selected a 133" wheelbase, manual tranny, 4x4, slip-yoke joint. These came up. If I didn't pick the right one, you can go and look it up. Or maybe you live close to the state line and you could pick another area to look in.
