Can you tell the diffrence between this and a 223 from outside?
I saw a photo and it had the same pcv system my orange 223 had in it. I know originally it was supposed to have a blowby pipe

I am going to suggest you try your question in the older truck forums, probably the "61 - 66 Ford Trucks." My experience is that this forum mostly is 300 I6 talk. When I was researching the old flathead inline six I hit paydirt in one of the old truck forums. Meanwhile I will look in my reference materials and see what I can find out.
