I just did a water pump last month on mine. Save yourself the trouble I had and replace the water neck. I got mine all together just to have it leak before I started the truck! Tried flattening the flange and it still seeped. I got a new neck from Napa (around $20) and no leaks. I'm to the point I can drain and fill the coolant in one of these trucks in my sleep.

make sure you get the new outlet elbow (most come with it) and as brown said, get the thermostat cover as well, they may look ok but when you pull it off the truth be told

If you don't have one yet (I don't but soon hopefully) change the thermostat to the 203-degree one everyone is talking about.

I was trying to look up the part number for you. It's an International part if I remember correctly. I'll keep looking, but maybe Coon, TJ, or someone will know what it is and respond.

These guys seem to have the Ford and International part numbers memorized.

Here it is.

This is the only place to get the right one. Older Fords had it too but the neck is too short for our trucks.

In addition check your belt idler wheels. You can just replace the bearing if needed. Bearing's are #203 or here is a NTN #6203LU.

IF the truck is a 94.5 or 95 with the long stem stat you can get a 203 stat at Napa or some other part stores. Or if you are replacing the WP anyway you can just get a 94.5 or 95 pump and the 203 stock stat. They are all the same except for which stat they use.
