I just installed a 5" lift and 35's and the first day I drove my truck, it would wbble uncontrollably if you hit a good bump while going about 25 or slower. Thant day I wnt to the local off-road shop and bought the fabtech dual stabilizer kit. Never wobbled again and the steering wheel doesn't vidrate back and forth at all. (My tires are still a little out of balance.) Hope this helps.
I never had any wobble stock or even with a levelling kit, but when I put on a procomp 5" lift it would shake like crazy at 35-50 mph.
I changed the stock steering stabilizer to a heavy duty Rancho one but that didn't work so I added a dual stabilizer setup that bolts to the tie rod which took care of almost all the shake but on a smooth road I could still feel just a hint of shake from the steering wheel.
Now I changed to some Donahoe Racing shocks and every bit of the shaking has gone away !!! I should have tried changing the shocks first.
