I've got a rattle in my 2001 F150 Super Crew. The noise is in the dash on the passenger side. I've had it in 5 times. They've been able to reduce how often I here it and how loud it is, but I still here it at highway speeds. Has anyone experienced this type of a noise? If so, what was done to eliminate the noise? What have people done to eliminate noises in the dash?
Thanks for any help!

I owned a 97’ F150 SC and not have a 01’ SC, I notice the rattle in both trucks. It just started in the new one. I think my rattle comes from the cover on the passenger side dash (oval shaped) Remove this and see if you can locate the source, it is held in by clips and can be remove and replaced. I notice the rattle when I travel down a dirt road that has the wash board effect. If you can find a road like that it may be safer to locate the rattle than at high speeds.
