How to replace computer?
I recently replaced my transmission and it shifts like the old one did......

Took it to the dealership and found out that the computer is bad......
1.) the service manager says it can be reflashed
2.) the technician says that computer can't be reflashed, it needs to be replaced.
3.) the parts store says my computer needs to be sent out to be reflashed.
I'm confused on what can be done........reflash or replace???

Have you contacted Jody from DP?? As far as pulling it, look down on the fenderwall, next to your left foot while in the drivers seat. Make sure you disconnect the batteries.. Sounds scarier then it really is.

I'm being a little unclear.
I know how to take the computer out.....which I have done several times recently because of this transmission problem, but how do I get a good computer?
Do I have the dealership flash it, or do I replace it?
I will be doing so tomorrow.
