please help 4x4 problem

Me too. Sounds like you've got real issues in that t-case, not to mention I think you've got more problems in your front diff. I just remembered that I took a few pics of my t-case when I had it apart, don't know if this will help anyone diagnose this guy's problem:
Here are the plastic shift fork tabs that are used to change the transmission from 2wd to 4wd
They are notorious for breaking and causing problems in the transfer case... Although I don't recall that they cause problems LIKE THIS.

I got my chopper build in my living room.
I hope he can fix the 4x problem.
BTW, My Bronco is running fine after the cap and rotor change.

But it might not be for long, if she has her way
.At least she likes looking at trucks, she actually took me by a car lot to look at a 58 after dinner last night.
Good thing her dads a gearhead - it might be in her blood too!
