Just out of curiousity, what about the glass do you need to be "custom"? The glass in the rear doors is the same as the front. The only thing differrent is the part of the mount attached to the bottom of the glass. The track section of the mount on the glass on the rear doors is slightly farther forward compared to the front glass.
Cool! The side windows are just tempered glass. The windshield is the only laminated piece of glass. You might be able to bring an old piece of glass and a template to a glass shop and have one ordered.
Bring them the old pieces of glass so that they can get the curve of the glass right. Bring a cardboard template of the exact size you want the new glass and all should be good.....
To make the windows, basically they cut out your piece of glass and sand it into the final shape. Then heat it and give it the correct curve. Last, they put the glass through the tempering proccess. Once the glass is tempered, it can no longer be cut, sanded or modifiyed in any way. It will break....
Good luck and post some pics if you can. There are a lot of us with crewcabs on here that would like to see it.
