I would "buy" one that is lightweight aluminum. Titanium is too expensive, and plastic is "bad" for the environment plus you need a big honkin plastic one to do the job, sooo..... aluminum.
The leightweight aluminum cam "fixes" the 300. You see these 300s have problems lasting for a very very long time and through considerable amount of abuse, obviously this is a fluke engine as no truck manufacter today offers this reliablity. So, an aluminum cam would give you an engine similar in "reliabilty" to today's "high-tech" v8s with modular technology.
