I don't know specific years but the '60's-'70's Chyrsler & FORD shared the 5 x 4.5 lug patern. 5 lug Toyota trucks and Jeeps 1987 & later use 5 x 4.5 lug patern as well.
Dodge and Ford used the same 8lug pattern for years, up until the mid-90s when Ford went to a metric pattern. GM still uses the same pattern, but they use a smaller center hole.
