Its just like those musclecar shows that are on Spike. Oh look, another Impala or Nova buildup. Whoopity-do!
The only good thing about Extreme 4x4 is that cute little blonde-haired gal thats on there. I dont know what her name is, but she can work on my truck any time!

that "cute little blonde-haired gal" is an instructor at a collage or tech school in canada.
she is also a certified mechanic, and welder.
I am getting sick and tired of these shows. Trucks has turned into street rods and drag trucks while extreme 4x4 is doing all these rock crawlers, truggies, and all they ever talk about is axles! I want to see some ford mud boggin!
I still enjoy muscle car, it's quite interesting most of the time and I love the Mustang racer thier building, and I don't know about horsepower tv since I always miss that show.
I was really excited when when the brought in the 78-79 bronco and beefed it up with a 460, 4" lift, fixed some rust issues and put some bigger tires on it. You know, stuff like most of us do.

Not to mention the fact that the host of that show always makes fun of riceburners. I always laugh whenever he starts talking smack about Civic drivers.

When you love fords, you learn to find your entertainment where you can. I'm more of a street guy myself, but I watch Extreme 4x4 for the fab & tech skills & yep, Jesse. Smart, skilled & cute. Nice curves (Very!). No anorexic, emaciated waif there, thank God.
Muscel Car is great for the tech. The mustang racer is a great project & I have a weakness for the Le Mans, since the only GM I want to own is a 67 GTO. Lou is a hoot & a no BS kinda guy.
The Trucks Bronco was a great series of shows, but I don't know of any yard that would throw in a 460 & c-6 for free with the purchase of a body. (Yeah right... ) It would have been nice if they had done the 460 rebuild on set, pehaps Horsepower, instead of sending it out.
As a final note, have you ever noticed that the videos offered for sale during Speed/Spike programs have a preponderance of ford trucks bashing it out at a ratio of about 4 to 1, 5 to 1 over other brands? Yet its the GMs & Moo-pars that get the most exposure on the programs.
Jessi's cute, but something about her kinda turns me off. I dunno what it is.
Also I'm fairly certain she's not an instructor anywhere. Ian is a former auto tech teacher. The only person from those shows that I know of actually being an instructor was Stacy David.

thats cause they need lots of work to be as durable as our FORDS HaHa!

What happend to Stacy, I stoped watching for a while, (was on night shift and sleeped during the day), got to start watching again and they have two new guys on. I loved the crazy horse bronco Stacy built. That thing was awsome.
Stacy David went to another show. I have seen it once but can't remember the name of it. I liked the crazyhorse build myself but I loved copperhead. I know, I know its a chebby but that was one badazz truck... I read somewhere that Stacy left because his producers would not let him do any thing but destroy the rides that he built. They did not want the liability of selling it to a viewer and them getting killed in it. So they crushed every vehicle he built from what I understand.
