Hey Ray,

I think I'll match your flames when I put the new fenders on as I don't think it's going to get any new paint right away. We'll be like crewcab bro's !

Do you know what you have in the diffs? Seems like you have some kind of locker in there.

Yes, they are Power-Loc's.... which are clutch pack style limited slips.

If you can confirm they are in fact power loc's made by Dana and not the ford Trac loc's you are sitting on a gold mine!!!!!! Trac loc's are hard as hell to find. Super strong and work well with their huge double cross pins and 4 spider gears.Used Power loc's go for 400.00 a piece!

Wow....That will be AWESOME! Putting a diesel in an old Ford is something I would just love to do, and that truck is probably the coolest thing to put it in. Congrats

That truck is awesome. I wonder what it would look like with a stepside bed on it? It's a great looking truck. I wish I had it! Which motor did it come with?

Hey I've got a 71 crew cab, if I'm right those look like 38" pj's, but I was wondering whos springs and how much lift they are? The truck looks mint the way it sits, nice build.

Yep, those a 38 PJ's. The front springs are two different packs put together. The PO advertised the truck as having 8" lift, but I think closer to 10". I'm in the process of installing some 12" lift superduty springs. Not sure if they are going to be too much... preliminary measurements look to be close to what I need. We will have to see how it shakes out.

In addition.... I'm looking for the 78-79 HP D60 w/4.10's if anyone knows where one might be available. I would even consider buying the whole truck!

Thanks!
