Your truck lost vacuum. If it's a 4x4 and has SOTF, check those lines (They also run off vacuum). Could also be your vacuum pump or the line coming in. If you take the kick panel off under the glove box, you can see the lines back there.
do you have shift on the fly 4x4?? if so check the hubs and work your way back looking for a vac leak..when you spring a vac leak the heater defalts to defrost..
