This is for the exhaust side, if the EGR is disabled it wont open (we hope). I guess it would be a good idea to block off the intake some how. Here is a link for the pipe http://www.elitedieseleng.com/engine60.htm
thanks, but the egr will still operate unless you have a programmer from Matt and it is turned off it just will not allow the exhaust gasses into the intake to be reburnt, one of the common issues w/a 6.0L is the EGR coolers can crack and cause coolant in the exhaust and/or intake and that is not good, the best was it to just remove it and weld the up pipe on the right head and weld up the intake hole as well and of coures have matt shut her off..but is more time consuming..

yeah matt will usually not charge you for the tunes themselves.
remember that matt gets over 200 emails a day, so he is really swamped give him some patience, but he will get to you.

he is also trying to wrench on a bunch of trucks and has zero spare time right now. if you havent heard from him send him a voicemail or another email, sometimes with so many of them, he just loses some of them. he never ignores anyone on purpose though i promise.

He never responds to PM's , so your best bet is email or a phone call.

Ask ATS about the planetary aluminum side plates used in the E4OD..E4OD is not even close to a 4R100, which is not even close to a 5R110..

No comparision-Two generations of transmissisions later...Not even close..

Coming from a trans man, I would question doing business with them..

It's 5R110. The 110 means it is rated for 1100 lb-ft of torque after the torque converter multiplies engine torque by 1.9:1.
