01' Escape starting issue

2001 escape not starting
I have 2001 escape with the 3L engine. It runs great but am having a hard time starting it when it gets very cold out (- 10c or lower) if it is warmer then that it starts fine, it runs great once it starts, no missing or shaking, still getting good mileage, I have changed the fuel filter, run fuel cleaner through the tank and tried different gas stations for fueling up, its not giving any engine codes. Any thoughts?
