I have a 1959 edsel with the 352 in it but the only performance parts i can find for 352s are for the ones that came in trucks... what i'm wondering is does anybody know what the difference between the car and truck 352s is, if there is one at all? Thanks
if it's a FE pretty much any other FE part will fit as long as it clears the cylinder bores, you should be able to use the edelbrock performer intake with it, and the performer RPM etc...

Be careful. There is a lot of mix and match with the FE motors. Standard parts CAN interchange; like intakes, heads, cams, crankshafts, blocks, and heads but there are some snags like rod and piston applications that can and will cause you misery. I suggest tryiing to find a copy of "Re-building your Big Block Ford" from Peterson Publishing to make sure things don't bind up. 332, 352 and 360 engines are suspect when it comes to swapping parts. Maybe some of the other posters can specify things for you.
Keep the faith.

I second Skip4274's suggestion, buy the book before you tear the engine down, a very good book, and I should have addressed the piston skirt clearance issue
