Alarm keeps chirping
On my sons '97 his alarm keeps chirping. We noticed it right after we changed the alternator. Last night we had some pretty good storms go through. Every time the thunder rolled or the wind picked up his alarm went off. It recycled after about a minute. I'm not sure but, it appears to be a factory alarm (going by the key fob). is there a way to find out if it's factory and a way to adjust the sensitivity? Again, we never noticed it doing this before the alternator change.
