cheap lift???

I want a 4" lift on my diesel 2000 f250 4x4 and was wondering whats the cheapest way of going towards it. I dont want a body lift and Ill probally be using bilstein shocks. I just wanna fit 35's on there.

Ok, I meant inexpensive. Im just not gonna pay like $800 or more for only 4". If I have to Ill just put on 33's.
