needing help locating a 390 engine

I am needing help locating a 390 engine for my 1969 ford truck. It must be a long block with custom seats. I have only found a couple of sites but I don't know what is a good price or how to avoid those companies that will rip you off.

I live in Pleasanton, California but I am willing to travel as far as north as Sacramento and as far south as San Jose.

If you don't mind pulling it yourself, the Pick-n-Pull on sunrise south of 50 has at least 1 390. This is in Sacramento a few miles south of hwy 50 on Sunrise Blvd. This would be a core or a rebuilder most likely because you don't know how good one is until you check it out, but at < $100, it's a good deal.
