Write him a dyno tune and you won't have to "doctor" it.
You may want to add this little fact to your website, since it says this module is safe with all stock trucks and Cruise Control (don't think i need cc at the sled pull) just add gauges and go!

"Steroid Power Module with Dual Adjustable *****

Adds up to 85HP-150ft lbs of torque! (Stock Truck-No Chip)

Increases oil pressure to injectors.

Quick install! Now works with Cruise Control.

Fully stackable with other chips!

We HIGHLY reccomend the use of gauges with this modification as this can cause high EGT levels when turned up.

For all 6.0L Powerstrokes 2003.25 - Up"

www.dfuser.com/mfg/powerstroke/60/performance.php
This information is still true. In the case of the truck mentioned above it was specifically tweaked for SLED pulling. You can still safely add the Steroid Module to any programmer. The gains will not any where on the top with a proper written program. But you also need to realize there are a lot of generic programs out there.

I'll add a note about custom programs and the compatibility.

Somehow safe and high EGT's just don't seem to fit in the same category

The "Safely Add" statement is were i disagree, anytime you give the average truck owner the ability to alter the MAP sensor readings and ICP with the turn of a **** and absolutely no way to monitor PFP (peak firing pressure) & MEP (mean effective pressure), you are creating a recipe for disaster to both the 6.0 & Torqueshift.
In addition stacking any inline module with a generic program is also a recipe for disaster with the 6.0 & Torqueshift. The writers of the genetic programs had no idea that someone would stack on top of their program. Again this can lead to excessive PFP & MEP leading to rapid failure of the 6.0 not to mention the added stress on the Torqueshift that will go unaddressed.
