That's all the same piece. I guess it's about two feet long by a foot wide. Big, ugly, fiberglass, vacuum pump cover, fender sleeve thingy.

Dunno, mine is an XLT. I have seen it on a couple of other trucks. My '99 didn't have one. It's factory as it is form fitted to where it goes. It starts just behind the battery and then goes all the way back to the firewall./ Covers all of those aluminum (A/C?) lines and stuff along with the vacuum pump.
Hmm, Let us know if you can tell a differance in anything with it gone. Might really have a purpose, who knows. You know I have heard that Ford has a better idea, maybe that is it.
