Its hot!!

The problem is either the Blend Door Actuator has failed or stub on the blend door that the actuator drives has broken off. Both require instrument panel removal to repair and there is no way to tell which is the problem until you take it apart. You can get some relief by bypassing the heater core . Just disconnect the hoses and connect them together with a splice. If I remember the airflow correctly, the AC should work almost normally with this done.
You will have to have the AC charge adjusted to get rid of the overcharge. If it's as hot there as I think it is, an AC system overcharge can soon kill the compressor, creating a large repair bill.
I'm not aiming this at you directly tspitzjyg, but: Why, oh why do people grab a can of refrigerant at the first sign of an AC cooling problem??? An undercharge is a common problem, but there are so many more things that will cause the vehicle to "not blow cold air". Adding refrigerant if it isn't needed, and without the proper tools, is the one thing that can cause $$$ damage to the system.
