another STROKER thread 427 0r 443
I Live in a rural area in Oklahoma, and I really only have 2 choices on machine shops closeby. Neither one wanted to offset grind a crank for me, but I got one to do it. He didn't guarantee it would work, so I agreed. I ended up trading him a bunch of sbc stuff, block, crank,and heads I had in my shed for it. In a way, he did me a favor. Now I can get into my shed. Thanks for the offer on finding a scat crank, but I'm going to try to buy a 390 crank for this combo from http://www.dscmotorsport.com/ for $375 soon.
