Studs or nut and bolt

what holds the exhaust pipes to the manifold, studs or bolts? Mine are so rusty I don't know what they are, however they need to come out cause one is busted and the exhaust is poppin............. I am hopeing they be bolts cause if studs these one are gona bust for sure............

Bolts & nuts at least the ones on my 00 engine are I think my 96&97 are too,I was surprised, spend money on stainless repacement

Ahh good answer , that means the bolt should come right out or so I hope and an absolutly on the stainless......

Wah Wah Wa 4 bolts 4 nuts from FORD 34 dollars,,,,,,,, hope there is something special about them....................

Yes they are ford plated that is a rare metal worth more than a chevy. LOL

I think everything at my dealer must be rare, eithere that or they think I have loads of money to spend......... Any way them bolts is stuck bad I ground off the head and have 2 days of PB Blaster and they still arent coming out........... Worse yet is the manifold to head bolts are soo badly rusted that I don't think that getting the manifold off is a soulution........... maybe its time for the blue wrench and a rosebud........... Starting to wonder ifin the old iron is worth this kinda grief..........
