Yep all of the car manufacturer's advertised gross HP until '72 when they were forced to advertise net HP.

Intake/exhaust

I have a 1959 Ford With a 352 in it, and I want to go with duel Stromberg 95s. The question I have is what are your suggestions for a intake manifold and exhaust headers for this engine.

A lot depends on the compression number. Almost 10 to 1 is stock isn't it? 400 hp max as long as comp is 10.3 up and carb isn't too big.
