Has anybody outfitted an FE motor with a 6-71 or an 8-71 blower. What all is involved in putting a blower on these motors. Who makes a blower for these moter I have never seen one.

BDS makes on and they are not cheap, but from what I hear they are the best around. I think the whole setup went for about $5K. I've personally have never added a blower. I had a Super Coupe once and that was fun.
I would imagine that the bottom end would need to be beefed up. All the oil mods done. Forged crank, H beam rods, custom forged pistons,
ect. And one HD cooling package for all the extra heat being generated.
Because every thing should be happening at a lower speed then you would be surpised what does need changing. Just a GOOD rebuild and be sure there is no detonation EVER after the tuning. The Dizzy is the biggest change needed then the water pump and blower drive challenges
If you go the route of a blower or nitro you will want to start with a 406,427 crossbolted block or get your hand's on a 428scj/cj block's and have them set up for crossbolted main's. Or you will be just throwing away money when you get on it and the crank shot's out the bottum.
