Exclamation Quick release tool

Today I my HPOP tube came apart at the head and I need a place where I can get a tool to remove the tube from the HPOP. Man that hole sure make a big mess with all the oil, but the best thing is that your truck will shut down right now, without that oil pressure. THANK GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Don't need a tool for the quick release fittings on the HPOP. Just use two screwdrivers.

If you must have, or really really want the tool, Pure Diesel Power has it for $38.

My drain plug fell out driving down the interstate one day....I freaked out. I thought I had seized my engine. But like you said, the HPOP just shuts the engine down. I was very impressed and incredibly relieved.

I heard a die-grinder wrench works well too. We have a few in the shop and im going to collect them so we can experiment which one works best when me and pete do the big installs. If they ever get here. patience is a virtue!
