Inner door panel swap

Anyon know if the door panels from an 87 > Bronco or truck can be fitted in an '86 ? I was thinking I'd like to update the interior a little. Alternativly....can the DOORS be swapped out ???

OH ! Got the cruise control installed and working...I'll post more about it later.

i think they will bolt on but they might not line up with the dash or switches if you have power locks or windows.
the run 80-86

and 87-91

They'll work if you have manual windows and locks.

get the newer switches and rewire many do this with the 92-96 panels

That's what I was hoping to hear....I saw a nice set with switches at the local pull n save. I don't *mind* mine....but I kinda feel the chrome plastic in the swithes is a little dated...reminds me of the '70s Connie my mom used to drive when I was a kid.

I have 87 to 91 door panels in my 85 Bronc and in my 83 pickup. No sweat. Do what kemicalburns said about the switches- I did mine in my bronc, not too hard. My 83 has manual windows and locks so it was super easy. Good find.

No way those panels will fit properly on 78/79 Bronco rsalter.
