Cool Water in fuel

Is there a easy way to drain fuel out of dual tanks to remove water from them? My son removed the cap and then it rained and now there is a fair amunt of rain water in the tank. I could syphon it out but I want to make sure it's totally empty before I add fresh fuel. Any ideas would be appreciated. J

syphon or pump is the only good way other than dropping the tanks.

Thank you TJ. That's kind of what I figured. I guess I'm off to get a pump and good hose! If I have to drop the tanks, I'll pay to have it done.

Thanks again!

I wonder if you can just add alcohol and diesel. Alc mixes with water and allows it to burn. Alcohol also mixes with fuel so therefore all mixed up. Just a thought.
