2003 escape starting problem
when i try to start the car the gauges jump up and the nothing.it wolnt crank or anything .with the key in the accessory position the radio has power but when you put it in the run position all power is lost .please help

2003 starting problem
Is it possible that this key was cut recent. Or did this key work b4. The Ford uses a PATS key which is a key with a sensor chip in it. If the key is not programmed into the cars electronics (or not a key with a chip in it) then it will not start the car. It will unlock the doors and will turn in the ignition but the car will not turn over.
