Cool Wont Start....HELP!!!!

Got down to the mid 30's this morning and now my truck won't start. The "Wait light" comes on then goes off like normal. I turn the key and it cranks but wont start. Tried numerous times.
HELP

Check the Battery, unless you have 10.5V it wont start. it will crank but it does not have the power to run all the modules. do you have a mulit meter

I think he is saying that he checked it with a meter and it has 12.25 volts so it ain't the batteries.

When you check have someone try cranking it and see where your battery goes from there. Also when your cranking does your tach move at all?

Looks like it is the glow plug relay. With key off had power to one lug on relay. With key on had power to one additional small lug. The relay should have sent power to the second large lug when the key was turned on but it didn't. Bye the way. Now that it has warmed up outside it fired up like normal.
