i've had a pair of hadley air horns on my truck for a while now and had a spare set sitting on the tool box, got the bright idea tonight that 4 is better than 2 so i reran my lines, made a "t" and hooked up the horns under each door. here is the end result http://youtube.com/watch?v=QLWXuJIK95M http://youtube.com/watch?v=O_cpC3LAeUw
cant say i'm impressed yet. the single pair mounted under the hood was louder than 4 outside of the cab. i am only running 1\4 inch line through one solonoid. i have 5\16 line here and think the upgrade is needed now, it definatly has more of a train sound now than before its just not as loud
okie dokie, finished the conversion for the second time tonight. i changed from the 2 sets run off one solonoid to a "t" using 1\4 inch line to the new way of 1 solonoid for each hornset, 2 sepreate air circuits running 5\16 lines.....hehehhehehehe its sounds really good now, i will take a video tomarrow of the difference, its borderline amtrak
