probably all 5 but if not then i would assume 0401 and 0402 for sure. When i unplugged mine I instantly got a code. I think it was 0402.

how hard was it to install the sneaky pipe. What all did you have to do to get it in.

thanx

I had a local muffler shop install it for me, they said you need 2 people to
help line-up and get the bolts started on installation. Removal was easy. The total time was 3 hours, not too bad. I think of it as Insurance on your motor removing 2 out of four big problems the 6.0L have. My next upgrades are ARP Studs (problem #3), SCT Programer last. I have already done my exaust, Turbo up-pipe and Intake on my 2005 F350 King Ranch (white) long bed with level kit and 325 65 R18 Toyo's mounted on Mazzi Hulk's.

If you have no experience then have someone do it. I've done mine by myself several times so I know how and what it takes. I'm also not sure what comes with the sneaky pipe kit so that's another thing to take into account. I'd say 3-6 hours isn't unreasonable if everything goes OK. The bolts where the pipe attaches to the manifold are the most difficult thing. If you have access to a lift or you can get the truck in the air to get adequate access underneath it's easier. Long skinny arms help since it's easier to get to the top bolts from the drivers side over the transmission. You'll need a 10mm flex head ratchet wrench and a 13mm socket for the exhaust bolts and an 11mm deep socket for the pipe clamps.

Here are a couple of pictures to what you're trying to get to: http://dan.prxy.org/Truck/6L_bible_h.../Page_011.html

The pipe you're replacing is wrapped in a heat shield and connects to the EGR cooler (ref.#3 in the bottom picture)
