Have you ever thought about going to an exhaust shop(one with a good rep for doing custom exhaust work) and have them fab something up for you? The one around here(if you watch the Spike show Trucks! you would have seen them do custom exhaust work on that show) will do it and it will be cheaper then a kit.
I don't believe the liberator diesel solution provides a replacement up-pipe does it?? First Coast's does if you get the more expensive option. First Coast's solution also removes the EGR valve if that is important to some people.
I got mine from 6.0L EGR Components it was kind of a bitch to install. If you have the time cut the scoop out and make a round plate to block the opening into the EGR cooler inlet. Search this forum there are step by step instructions on how to do it.
Have you thought about fabricating your own parts? I bought a plug to eliminate the EGR valve, cut up the EGR cooler and used the parts to create a plug for the up-pipe, plug for the exhaust port on the intake manifold, and a coolant diverter pipe.
I EGR valve plug i found online, bought two freeze plugs at the auto parts in town, and paid a guy $30 to weld everything up.
I bought a 60UPEGR Up-pipe with EGR pipe delete for $220.00 on Elite Diesel's website. I traded in my truck right after I bought it, so it is still brandnew. I was looking to sell it since I have no use for it. Here's a link to show you what it is: 6.0L EGR Components
PM me any offers. Thanks!

i just installed a liberator kit and it did come with a new up pipe for 600 bucks. the egr valve by itself wont cause issues, plus with the valve on later models you wont have a light cause you can plug it back up just like stock.
I just installed the new Turbo up-pipe and the EGR blocker plate, left the EGR plugged in. The cooler should last a very long time with no exhaust flow. I feel there is no reason to remove it (why).
