V10 Coolant Change

I have a Motorhome on an F3 (1999) chassis with a V10 engine. Not sure if it has ever had coolant changed. Can't find a radiator cap to refill radiator! Anyone had experience in changing coolant in models such as this? Any suggestions. Thank you for any pertinent information.

Newer Ford vehicles do not come with caps on the radiator.

The actual pressure cap is on the coolant resivoir.

There should be a petcock on the bottom of the radiator for draining.

So far dkf has given out some good info. That BS Meter is reading in the RED, but it ain't so. Good advice and I'll scoot you a kudos for it.

I actually saw this post in the Excursion forum yesterday. It's doesn't (exactly) say if its for the V10 or 7.3, but it out lines everything very well and other than a difference in fuild capasicity, there shouldn't be a difference.
